Hungary will block a €90 billion EU loan to Ukraine until Russian oil shipments through the Druzhba pipeline resume, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó announced. Russian crude flows to Hungary and Slovakia halted January 27 after Ukraine reported a Russian drone attack damaged the pipeline crossing Ukrainian territory into Central Europe.
